Dogwood 2026 Tournament Registration Form

This online registration form will be available until March 1, 2026. Registration is on a first-come and paid, first-serve basis. We highly suggest you register your complete team and pay your entry as soon as possible.

By completing this registration entry form, you and any bowler you register agree to abide by all stated rules and regulations and to follow directions provided by our tournament directors.

The Entry Fee for each bowler is $135 USD. Credit Card processing fees are already included in the entry fee total. New for 2026! Dogwood now processes entry payments via Square. We will no longer accept PayPal payments. You now have the option to pay your entry immediately (this form) or pay later. Individual bowlers can pay their respective amounts due separately if desired. Failure to pay your entry amount due as soon as possible jeopardizes your entry acceptance and shift preference. If we sell out early, unpaid entries submitted will be placed on our waiting list. You can register as an individual bowler or part of an existing or new team. If existing, please use the same team name as those that registered before you.

IMPORTANT: Shift B (Friday night/Saturday morning) is officially FULL.

We can no longer accept new teams for Shift B. Incomplete teams registered on Shift B are being contacted to complete their rosters ASAP to confirm their slot. You are welcome to select the Shift B Waitlist option if slots become available. Otherwise, assume you will be assigned Shift A. Only bowlers contacted by our Director(s), Secretary, Treasurer, or Stats person can select the Shift B option at this stage.

Please remember that ALL bowlers are REQUIRED to provide location and access to their online standing sheets or to submit average verification documents to statistics@dogwoodbowl.org.

Before You Register, Please Have the Following with You:

• Bowler Names, Email, Birthdates, Addresses, and Phone Numbers (All required)
• Team Name, Team Order, and Doubles Partner assignments
• USBC Member IDs and League averages (as stated by the rules).
• League Standing Sheet service names and online IDs or URLs to access.
• Free Entry Codes for your lucky teammates (if applicable). Otherwise, all bowlers will be charged full entry fee.

NOTE: If you have a personalized Prepaid Dogwood 2026 Entry Discount Code (sent in December by our treasurer), please use the Prepaid Entry form. This form is for Standard bowler entries and those with Free Entry codes.
