Our first IGBO-affiliated tournament was held in Atlanta Easter weekend in 1981. 45 years later, we are holding our 43rd tournament in a grand style. (Two years Atlanta Hosted IGBO Annual.)
Explore our tournament weekend for a lot of IGBO Fellowship fun!. Whether you have bowled with us before or are new to Dogwood Invitational Bowling Classic, this is the year to bowl, catch up with many friends, and PARTY!!
All Dogwood bowlers must register at the Bowling Center before bowling their first event. Each bolwer will verify their entry information, receive their name badge, collect their gift bag, and sign up for optional events if desired. Registration will occur in the meeting room of the Bowling Center.
Registered (and nonregistered) Dogwood bowlers can participate in an optional 9-pin No-Tap event. This is an open event where you can bowl three 9-pin No-Tap games when you want Thursday evening. First pairs can start at 6 PM until lanes are full. Then others can bowl afterwards. We will have 5 lane pairs filled in a rolling fashion. Last set will start around 9 PM. Signup in the Registration room. Winners will be announced at the Awards Banquet.

Upon entering the Bowling Center, go left past the snack bar to the registration station just outside of the meeting room.
Shift A Singles/Doubles check-in starts one hour before bowling at 11:00 AM. To check-in, go to the front desk and sign beside your name. All bowlers must sign in by 11:45 AM (15 minutes before bowling begins).
Shift B team check-in starts one hour before bowling at 6:30 PM. To check-in, go to the front desk and sign beside your name. All bowlers must sign in by 7:15 PM (15 minutes before bowling begins).
We encourage all Dogwood Bowlers and their guests to visit, eat, and drink at our official host bars: Woofs Sports Bar and Atlanta Eagle. Wear your rainbow Storm wrist band or your Dogwood Name Tag for food and liquor specials. (Offers subject to bar management and may vary at each bar.)
Additional opportunity to purchase optional side pots and rainbow raffle tickets.

All qualifiers must check in at the bowling center no later than 8:30 AM. Alternates will be used after 8:31 AM. Bowling starts at 9 AM sharp. Qualifiers will be announced Saturday evening on Facebook and this website.
Join your fellow bowlers at our famous Dogwood Awards Banquet Brunch! Can you say Bloody Marys, Mimosas, and lots of bacon! Cocktails will be available starting at 12:30 PM. Banquet starts promptly at 1 PM. Parking on Sunday is $5.00 for those not staying at the hotel.
Join us for the afterparty at our various host bars: Woofs Sports Bar and Atlanta Eagle. Experience the hilarious and always fun Easter Drag Races in the Quad (between Atlanta Eagle and Oscars).
