Dogwood 2026 Registration for Prepaid Entries

Pre-Paid Entry Registration opens Wednesday, January 1, 2026.

For Pre-paid Entries, you can only register one (1) bowler at a time. Please have your Prepaid Entry Code ready before starting this form. Dogwood 2026 Pre-Paid Entry Codes were emailed to your bowler email address on file in late December. Check your SPAM folders. If you cannot find your code, please email treasurer@dogwoodbowl.org or directors@dogwoodbowl.org for assistance.

Shift A: Friday 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (S/D Shift A); Saturday 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM (Team Shift A)
Shift B: Friday 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Team Shift B); Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (S/D Shift B)

By completing this registration, you and any bowler you register agree to abide by all stated rules and regulations and to follow directions provided by our tournament directors. Please find the tournament rules here: Tournament Rules.

Please remember that ALL bowlers are REQUIRED to provide location and access to their online standing sheets or to submit average verification documents to statistics@dogwoodbowl.org.

Use the comments at the bottom of the form page for additional requests. If you do not have a team, please enter TBD. We will add you to an incomplete team.
Shift Preference
Please refer to Tournament schedule of Dogwood Website for Shift times. Team Shift preferences are granted on a first-registered, complete team registered/paid-basis. Prepaid bowlers are NOT GUARANTEED shift preference until your ENTIRE team is registered and paid in full. Therefore, it's vital that your team's non-prepaid bowlers register as soon as possible when registration opens to the public January 15, 2025. Prepaid bowlers are GUARANTEED a single spot in the Dogwood Tournament once they are registered individually.

Which online average source should we use to validate your entering average(s)? Bowl.com, League Pal, League Secretary, or other.

All bowlers enter IGBO tournament average (if one exists) from March 2, 2025 - March 1, 2026. Minimum of 18 games.
If you prepaid your entry in 2025, check your email for your Pre-Paid Entry Code sent late December 2025 Check your SPAM folder as well. If the email/code cannot be found, contact treasurer@dogwoodbowl.org or directors@dogwoodbow.org.
