Sign up with a partner for the Dogwood Virtual Sweetheart Doubles Mini-Tournament! A fun and easy, virtual handicap tournament using league scores from first two weeks (6 games) of normal bowling in February 2024.
This is a fundraiser for the 41st Anniversary Dogwood Invitational Bowing Classic. Grab a partner and sign up for this virtual doubles event held every February. You and your partner will use the best 3 of 6 games bowled in the first two weeks of regular league play in February 2024. If you miss the first week, we will take your second and third week scores, etc. Winners and payouts (based on total number of participants) will be determined at the end of February and announced online. No extra bowling is necessary. Just bowl in your league in February!
Partner with your sweetheart, with your friends, or even with yourself if you bowl in multiple league. You can submit as many entries as you want with as many partner combinations as you like!
Sweetheart Doubles Best 3 of 6 Virtual Event, Rules and Signup Link
In short, we’ll add the highest 3 of 6 scores from you, plus handicap, and the highest 3 of 6 scores from your partner, plus handicap. Each bowler will use their highest 3 games scratch, Dogwood will add in the handicap. Averages will be verified by Dogwood stats as of January 31, 2024. The entry fee is only $20 ($10 from each bowler) and must be received by January 31, 2024. Please read full event rules for specifics.
